Will I lose control of my payroll?

Absolutely not!  You maintain control - we prepare everything associated with your payroll and deliver it ready for YOUR approval and signature.  If you elect to use our IntelliTax service, we will even pay your taxes for you and file your tax returns.

Is a professional payroll service expensive?

No!  The cost to have your payroll professionally processed is much less expensive than manual processing and in most cases costs considerably less than generating payroll on your own in house computer.  Your company is geared to perform a specific function - Payrite is no different.  We are 'tooled' specifically to produce your payroll in a quick and efficient manner.  We have learned a thing or two since we started in 1984 and are constantly updating our knowledge base to provide you with the most current information available.  We will put our many years of experience to work for you, so you can continue to do what your business was established to do, and not get side tracked by the paper work nightmare!

Is my information kept confidential?

YES!  Your sensitive payroll information is kept strictly confidential and is released only to you or anyone you designate.  No information is EVER released to any employee or ANY source other than those YOU specify.

How are hours reported?

A quick phone call is all that's required, or better yet, use our fax service.  Simply fax us your completed time journal (that we provide you with each payroll) at YOUR convenience.  If you would prefer to use our voice mail system, you can call in your payroll 24 hours a day seven days a week.  The reporting method is your choice exclusively.

How long does processing take?

Any payroll reported to us by noon will leave our office the same day - guaranteed!  In many cases, payrolls received after noon will be processed the same day as well - especially if you advise us that you must have it same day or next day.  Our objective is to turn your payroll around as quickly as possible.  Special 'immediate' processing requests are available if required.

How do I get started?

Simply supply us with your payroll journals (we can supply you with worksheets if needed) or journals from another automated service.  In most cases there is NO work at all required on your part.  THAT'S ALL THERE IS TO IT!  Click here to contact us ... you'll be glad you did!
